Family: I have three sons, Michael (Kari). Jim (Karna) and Steven (Katie) and seven grandchildren: Megan, Makayla, Noah, Zachary, Easton, Oliver and Harvey, as well as two stepdaughters: Tracy (Jason) and Barbara (Andrew) and two step grandchildren: Henry and Scout.
Career: I started out with teaching 2nd and 5th grade. I then worked at Hutchinson Technology. In recent years I have both volunteered and substitute taught in Head Start.
College: BS in Elementary Education
Hobbies: I like to camp and hike in state parks as well as read.
Volunteer: I have volunteered at Head Start and also our local hospital auxiliary thrift store.
Groups: Until recently when my husband passed away I was a member of the MSRA.
